Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy applies to everyone using MSDLAB Internet Café premises, PCs, Wi-Fi, printing, and related services. Breach may result in session end, refusal of service, and reporting to authorities where required.

1. You must not

Commit fraud, identity theft, phishing, or scams.
Download, share, or create illegal content, including child sexual abuse material.
Harass, threaten, or discriminate against staff or other customers.
Install malware, attempt to hack systems, or bypass security.
Damage equipment, remove hardware, or connect unauthorised devices without permission.
Use our services to infringe copyright or distribute pirated software at scale.
Print or process documents you know are forged or intended to deceive authorities.

2. Shared PCs

Log out of email, banking, and social accounts before you leave.
Do not save passwords on café machines.
Treat other customers' privacy with respect. Do not watch or interfere with their screens.

3. Staff rights

Staff may refuse service, end a session, or ask you to leave if this policy is breached or if equipment or other customers are at risk.
