Terms of Service

1. Our services

We provide walk-in and arranged digital services at our premises. Prices are displayed on site and may change. Online prices on our POS or website are indicative until confirmed at reception.

2. Internet café use

• Timed PC access is sold in sessions (for example 30 minutes or 1 hour).
• You must leave the PC when your time ends, or buy more time.
• You are responsible for logging out of accounts and removing personal files before you leave.
• We may end a session early for abuse, illegal activity, or equipment risk.

3. Printing and documents

You are responsible for the content of documents you ask us to print, copy, scan, type, or design. We may refuse work that appears unlawful, harmful, or that infringes others' rights.

4. Repairs and business services

Repair and registration work may require deposits, quotes, or third-party fees (for example CIPC or PSIRA related costs). Timeframes depend on parts, networks, and third-party systems. We will explain known risks before starting where practical.

5. Payments

Fees are due as stated at checkout or reception. Online payments are processed via RedFace Pay. Successful payment does not guarantee a service outcome where third parties or hardware failure are involved; see our Refunds policy.

6. Liability

To the fullest extent allowed by South African consumer law, we are not liable for data loss on customer devices, interrupted internet from ISP outages, or third-party service delays. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of South African courts, without limiting any consumer rights under the CPA.
