How MSDLAB Internet Café approaches security for shared machines, staff systems, and payments.
1. Shared café PCs
- Customers should log out of personal accounts and remove files before leaving.
- Staff may reset or wipe guest profiles as needed.
- Do not enter banking passwords on a shared PC if you are unsure of the environment.
2. Staff systems
Mission Control access is limited to authorised staff accounts. Staff must keep passwords private and sign out on shared reception devices.
3. Payments
Card data is handled by licensed payment partners through RedFace Pay. MSDLAB does not store full card numbers on café systems.
